The guidebook to Twisted Tales.
Introduction
Welcome, new recruit, to the Soul Seekers. Your job is to contain, stop, suppress, and save rogue souls, possessed mobs, and soul gatherings. I know, it sounds very strange without any context, so we shall introduce you to the world of Soul Seeking.
Soul Seeking
So, what is Soul Seeking? It's exactly what it sounds like. You seek out souls, stop them from gathering or summoning, and basically save the day for you, the world, and the souls over and over again. There are a lot of things souls do.
Souls
Souls are mysterious entities that are the catalyst of our troubles. But they're also not evil. MORE INFO NEEDED. WHY ARE THEY NOT EVIL? Possible Reasons: Controlled by Illagers, out of control, or havoc-causing is in their nature.
The Team
Let's introduce you to the Soul Seekers. My name is Grimm, and I use he/him pronouns. We also have my boyfriend/partner, Erebus, he/him. Other members of the team include Spooks, they/them, Spinal, she/her, and Twisten, he/him. These are not our real names by the way.
Soul City
A map with quests and story. 12 major locations: Soul Seeker HQ (has the hub, HQ, and a village), Shadow Woods, The Deep Dark, Vicious Valley, Soulfire Caldera. These areas are huge and can hold multiple bosses. There will be lots of new blocks for building the map. Right now, most blocks are placeholders.
Segment 1: Warm Welcome
Introduce yourself with your pronouns, name, and other details, and meet Grimm and Erebus.
Replayabiltity
You can replay segments by selecting them. There are also boss re-fights and lots of stuff to do.
Objectives
When things are needed from you, an objective will appear at the top of your screen. This is essential in Soul City
