Additions

Mobs

Dappled Treeper, Dappled Mooshroom, Red Squirrel, ?, ?, ? (three question marks are animal mobs and also have babies), ?, ?, ? (these three are for Mistral Forest), Mushroom Golem (red, brown, dappled, wooded) [I chose copper golem and thought what I wanted to do, and I realized that mushrooms would work with its shape, but also I realized while writing this that I can do all 4 stages of the golem] {Red/Brown look like those mushrooms, Dappled looks like a dappled mushroom, and Wooded looks like a poplar log with shelf mushrooms}

Dappled Mooshroom
  • Has a baby variant, and the Golden Dandelion can be used on it.
  • Spawns in Dappled Groves.
  • Tamed with shelf mushrooms.
  • Will follow a player who is holding wheat
  • Note: The model does not have mushrooms yet. Find where the mushrooms are and fix it.

Blocks

Orange Shrub, Yellow Shrub, Dappled Mushroom Block, Red Shelf Mushroom, Dappled Shelf Mushroom, Dappled Mushroom (like the small red/brown mushrooms), New pumpkins

New Pumpkins

These pumpkins have different faces or appearances. Their use is decorative, but they can also be fed to Dappled Mooshrooms to obtain Pumpkin Stews.

Items

Wool Tents, Red Poplar Sapling, Orange Poplar Sapling, Yellow Poplar Sapling (these replace the basic poplar sapling), S'mores (Crackers, Chocolate, Marshmallows)

S'mores

Crafted in the inventory using 2 crackers, 1 marshmallow, and 1 chocolate anywhere in the grid. Can be roasted over campfires, and they have different stages of roasting. Crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate can be found in Bonfires, a new structure. They have an unknown use.

Sleeping Bags

They have an unknown use. Comes in all wool colors. Crafted from 2 wool slabs and 4 wool, all of them the same color.

Bonfire

A structure that generates with Log Benches, Cushions, and Campfires, as well as Crates with s'mores ingredients.

Crates

They come in all wood types, and are crafted from a chest in the middle surrounded by 8 planks of the same type in a crafting grid. They are like Shulker boxes, as they can carry some items in them and also stay in your inventory. They do not carry as much as a shulker box, having less slots than that. They can be placed down, and are like barrels, they only need one block of space.

Log Benches

2 players can sit on one at the same time. Comes in all log types. Crafted from 3 logs and 4 stripped logs in a crafting grid. 3 logs at the top, 4 stripped logs along the side. They look like half a log on its side on top of stripped logs.

Red Deer

A new mob that spawns in Dappled Forests.

Biomes

Mistral Forest

Dappled is autumn and this one is winter. All other forests are spring, and the jungle is summer. This one has Snowfell Wood and Snowy Leaves. I had to make up my own wood/tree since I could not find any real-life trees that fit my vision. The wood is brownish-light grey and the leaves are white with very light grey accents. Snow particles come from these leaves. Arctic Foxes, Cold Cows, and new mobs spawn here. This forest will spawn near taigas or other snowy biomes, as well as spawning near Dappled Forests. Was called Wintry Woods, but I renamed it to make it fit with the dappled forest name scheme, and also so it could fit as a village too. It is called Mistral Forest due to a type of cold wind.

Seasonal Forest

A new Forest biome made of Oak (spring), Jungle (summer), Dappled (autumn), and Wintry (winter) forests to make one big forest.

Dappled Grove

The dappled equivalent of the mushroom island.

Dappled Village
  • Meant to be cozy
  • Lots of houses (30 possible)
    • Big House 1 (Made June 23, 2026)
    • Library (Made June 24, 2026)
    • Diner 1 (Made June 25, 2026)
  • Special villager design -- Have brown clothing with red/orange/yellow accents and gradients (design in progress). If special villager designs do not work, do snowy and taiga, with a 50-50 chance to generate each
  • Spawns near/in Dappled Forests
  • Also has farms, paths, streetlights, tents (like abandoned camps), canopies, and gardens (red shrubs in a farm-like structure)
  • 3 different farms, ??? different paths, 1 different streetlight, 10 different tents, 3 different canopies, 20 different gardens (with different plant layout)

Mistral Village

  • Villagers kind of look like a combination of taiga and snowy villagers

I made Dappled Mushrooms before I knew they existed in real life.

Mushroom Golem

This is not vanilla+. I wanted to make it but it does not fit in with my vision of this project, but it will still stay

  • A new mob that has 4 different variants: Red, Brown, Dappled, Wooded. A red Mushroom Golem will turn into a brown one when struck by lightning. Otherwise, the variants cannot change into another variant.
  • Is obtained by placing a red mushroom (red), brown mushroom (brown), dappled mushroom (dappled), or poplar log with four shelf mushrooms on it (wooded) on top of any poplar leaves. Then, bone meal must be used 10-15 times on the mushroom (any chosen mushroom for wooded, the only mushroom for red/brown/dappled) to bring the golem to life. Beneath the golem, a Poplar Chest will also generate.
  • Modes can be activated by giving it specific items. No item means wandering, and to take an item, you must use shears.
  • Has 6 modes:
    • Fruitful Mode: It sorts through chests to find nature-related things or picks them up off the ground, and then it tends to them. It requires a farm nearby to work correctly.
    • Caregiver Mode: It will find nearby Mooshrooms. Unknown. All Overworld passive baby mobs will follow it as well.
    • Reminiscent Mode: It will sort through chests like the copper golem.
    • Expedition Mode: It will follow the Player, ward off hostile mobs from itself but not the player, and can store many items.
    • Culinary Mode: It will take any item or block from the game and turn it into a new stew. Each stew will take 3-6 minutes to make. It has a 7-minute cooldown in between making stews.
