Rewards
Each time you raise his friendship by at least 10, he will give you a reward. The rewards are randomized.

Adventure
House Building
When a house is built, on the chat screen, select "I built a house for you.". Rayne Bow will then follow until you interact with him again and say "Here it is." He will settle in and wander around.
